To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or used, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase. We can refund for any reason within 30 days after receiving the item, but you need to pay the courier cost. If you do not receive the item within 30 days of receipt, we will not be able to provide you with a refund or exchange.

We will not be able to refund if one of the following three situations occurs.
- The item was shipped to the wrong address (including returning it directly to the shipping location without contacting us).
- I chose return on collect.
- Customized products cannot be refunded. Customized products cannot be refunded (including products ordered in advance)
Refund (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your return has been received. If you're approved, we'll process your refund within 7 business days and automatically credit your credit card or original payment method.
◆ You are responsible for your own shipping costs for returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
If you are returning an item for exchange, we will arrange to send the item you want after we receive your returned item. Exchange times may vary depending on your location. If you are shipping items worth more than $75, please choose a trackable express service or purchase shipping insurance. If we are unable to receive your return item, we will not be able to issue a refund.
